Wellness and Self-Care

Prioritizing self-care lately has taken many forms and opened many doors to wellness.  I now have regular acupuncture, massage, cognitive behavioral therapy, integrative therapy, and looking into yoga and fitness.  


During my massages lately, I have been receiving cupping therapy, which stimulates blood flow, which can lead to many forms of healing.  The path to wellness and healing helps us live our best life today.  What forms of self-care are you integrating into your life?
