Spring Things

Tuesday, March 18, 2008

I love spring. Today was a great day. I spent some time this morning at my friend Annagrace's house. Her little girl Penelope was really sweet with Juniper. I didn't get to stay for very long because I had to be back to pick up Samuel from preschool, but it was a nice visit. When I got home, the sun was out, so I drove the car down into John's Landing and parked, then Samuel, Juniper, and I went for a walk. It was a slow walk, and I stopped frequently to practice taking close-ups. I love taking pictures of nature. To see more of the pictures I took, follow the link below:

Great photos! What kind of camera do you use? I love taking close-ups, but haven't taken the time to figure out our digital to get the settings all right. :)

That big gnarly tree in front of the red house is so cool! I love nature :) Thanks for sharing!

Hi Kristin!
We have the Canon Powershot S3. Here's a link:

Trust me, I'm still trying to figure out all the settings! Most of the time, I leave it on Auto, but for close-ups, the macro and super macro mode is working much better.
