Note to self: when you make quiche for the first time, don't take matters into your own hands & add extra ingredients, doubling your cooking time and making you late for a summer concert. Thank-goodness it turned out okay--actually, it was really good--but, for about 35 minutes, I didn't think it was going to turn out! I'm really, really tired tonight. I've been going non-stop for a lot of days in a row. Off to bed for me! --Karli
