Today was one of those days where I didn't get anything done! Well, I should stop saying that. The moms in the moms' group told me that my concept of what a successful day is needs to change now that I have a baby. Let's put it this way--I fed, changed, and held Samuel non-stop today. He didn't want to be put down. He was kind of fussy, and seemed to want to be held. I want to get a baby sling so I can wear him and free up my hands to do dishes, laundry, or vacuuming.

I did manage to get the mail, make a quick trip to Fred Meyer (less than 30 minutes during one of Samuel's naps), and take a shower.

Being a mom is hard work, but, of course, worth it!
