Tonight, Landon and I are going to eat at Thai Orchid, and see "Lost in Translation" at the Fox Tower at 7:30. Until then, I'm going to get some reading done. I just got out of morning classes, and it is 1pm.

We watched 10 minutes of "Scar of Shame" today in my American Fiction class. It was made in 1927, and is a silent film. One of the quotes from that movie that I felt was really thought-provoking I typed below.

"One half the world doesn't know how the other half lives."

P.S. Thanks for the encouraging comments on my blog, Mom!
