28 Weeks
My 28 week appointment was today, and it was a long appointment, because I had to do a one-hour glucose test, an anemia screening, as well as receive a shot of RhoGam, since I am Rh-. For some reason, the blood draw hurt a lot. Usually, when I get blood drawn, I don't even flinch, but I almost cried today, because it burned so much when they put the needle in. They had to draw 3 viles of blood. Then, I went back downstairs to the MD office to get my shot of RhoGam, and that was very uncomfortable. They jabbed the needle in, and that DID make me cry. It was a long morning, and by the time I got home, I was emotionally and physically exhausted, so I laid down for a nap. I'm feeling better now, and glad that the majority of these tests is over.

On another note, the reflux I was experiencing has seemed to improve a lot over the past few weeks. My abdominal cavity around the site where my gallbladder was removed continues to be painful and uncomfortable for me due to my enlarging uterus. The muscles have not healed yet, and it is causing pain to have them re-stretch during pregnancy after having them stretched out during the surgery. I don't think I'm going to heal completely from the surgery until after the baby is born and my abdomen is able to resume its normal position.
